Using air popper for popcorn oil alternative? substitutes?

I have an air popper and I would like to pop some popcorn.

But I dont want to use cooking oil because…well you are what you eat and I know for a fact that oil isnt good for you.

Do you NEED to use it?

If I have to use it, are there any alternatives?
