I need a decent popcorn maker?

I am having a hard time finding one! I want one that makes oil
popped popcorn, not air popped. I want a mini one, you know the cute ones that look like popcorn carts from the 1990′s. And it can’t be anymore than 50! What kind do you have? Any suggestions?
I want it to go in my room.
